At Van Industries, we can offer you a full menu of CNC machining services.  Our Okuma CNC Milling Machine can handle part sizes up to 25in x 60in x 20in. 

    Our newest mill which just arrived in January of 2008 is a HAAS VF-9 which has a work envelope of 40in x 84in x 30in.  This machine is currently equipped with an 18" rotary table, through spindle coolant and a Renishaw Probing Package.

     We also just acquired a KIA SKT28LM CNC Lathe which will handle turned parts up to 12" in diameter by 40" long.  The lathe also has live tooling as well to reduce subsequent setups and improve accuracy.

     We also have a full range of manual machines which include Horizontal and Vertical Mills, Lathes and Hydraulic Presses.  If you can imagine it, we can machine it.

     Our engineering department can reverse engineer from actual parts or work from your drawings or CAD files.   We utilize Mastercam CAM software to assure your parts are machined to exact specification.
