Here at Van Industries we specialize in small to medium size runs, or one-of-a-kind items such as small parts, prototypes, store fixtures, etc. Our large oven can handle almost anything you want to powder coat up to 53 feet long.
Van Industries now offers a hi-temp ceramic thermal barrier coating for use on exhaust components. The advantages of using this coating are good looks, and most important better performance. Our hi-temp coating is excellent for rust protection, reduced under hood temps, and better exhaust scavenging. All coatings are designed for great adhesion at exhaust gas temps reaching up to 1600 degrees F.

Gold, Titanium Lt Gray, Tungsten Dark Gray, Velvet Black, Bright Silver.
Applications: Headers, Manifolds, Brake Parts, Exhaust Pipes, Mufflers, Y Pipes, Turbos, Turbo Tubes, Under Side of Intake Manifolds.

We have a very wide variety of colors and textures, including standard shades, metallic, candies and translucent and even pearls. We also have the capability to custom match colors to a paint chip provided by the customer. Van Industries provides great service, good prices, and normally a 2 week turn-around time from drop off date. We have in house blasting capabilities to get all parts clean and ready for coating.
INTERNAL ENGINE COATINGS
The application of applying dry film lubricant to engine bearings, valve springs, cam lobes, lifters, rocker arms or any where friction robs horsepower. Increases part life and applies very thin coating, that does not effect clearances or balancing. Also available are thermal dispersant coatings which rapidly disperses heat away from the coated area. Great for oil pans, intakes and brakes.
For you nitrous guys, we have a ceramic metallic coating which is a thermal barrier used for the top of your pistons, valve faces, and cylinder head combustion chambers. This coating works will for nitrous, turbo, supercharger, or engines running higher volumes of fuel and/or high compression ratios. This coating reduces part temperature and keeps heat in the combustion chamber longer through the power stroke resulting in increased torque and horsepower. It has also been know to reduce fuel consumption.
